South Jordan mixes larger lot neighborhoods with the 4,200 acre Daybreak planned community. We build and repair stone, brick and block work across the city.
The city describes Daybreak as a 4,200 acre planned community with single family homes, apartments, condos, townhomes and retirement communities, and describes South Jordan's tradition of larger lots alongside a widening range of housing types (South Jordan Economic Development).
For masonry, that means very different projects: a stone column at a single family home, repairs in a townhome community, or a long garden wall on a larger lot. In a planned community, check your HOA's architectural rules before changing exterior masonry; city approval does not replace HOA approval (Utah HOA Ombudsman).
